Ideavate’s client specific dedicated Offshore Delivery Centre (ODC) are designed to maximise the value addition to the clients, leveraging the Global Delivery Model.  Ideavate’s dedicated ODC is a virtual extension of the client’s software development facility. The ODC resources are trained in the client’s processes and best practices. These resources are reserved and allocated only for the client’s projects. Managed and staffed by Ideavate, the ODC is located within Ideavate’s software development facility.

The client drives the identification of tasks to be executed at the ODC.  In addition to executing these tasks, Ideavate also focuses on increasing the client specific knowledge and competence of the ODC members.
