Shishir co-founded Ideavate Solutions along with two other seasoned IT industry professionals. Shishir spearheads Ideavate’s business development initiatives and helps architect Ideavate’s entry into global markets. His responsibilities also encompass, providing strategic direction to the company, corporate planning, corporate finance, corporate marketing & client relations.

Prior to co-founding Ideavate Solutions, Shishir has worked with Infosys Technologies Ltd., in various functions like Software Projects Delivery, Sales & Marketing and Pre-Sales. He has also worked with ONIDA in the sales function. He brings to Ideavate, the rich experience of Sales & Marketing, Software Development and General Management.

Shishir holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Pune University, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Mumbai.

One of Ideavate's co-founders, Avinash is responsible for establishing the company's global IT services capabilities.  He has the overall  business responsibility to set up operations, infrastructure management and administration, ensure people development, culture and competence development and deliver projects to client’s delight.

Avinash has worked with Infosys Technologies Ltd. at USA and India. He has successfully managed many a projects for Fortune 1000 clients. He has also served with Larsen & Toubro Ltd.  He has rich knowledge and experience of wide range of technologies and software development methodologies.

Avinash holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Baroda.

After working with leading Indian companies in the software services area, Sateesh co-founded Ideavate Solutions.  He is responsible for providing technology direction at Ideavate and building technology capabilities. He champions Ideavate’s Quality & Process initiatives and oversees building infrastructure and solutions that are instrumental in driving major financial and operational benefits to Ideavate's clients.  He is also instrumental in establishing key alliances and building well-informed teams on best-of-breed technologies, giving Ideavate a competitive edge.

Prior to co-founding Ideavate Solutions, Sateesh has worked with Infosys Technologies Ltd. and Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd. He has served in various geographies like USA, China and India. He has rich knowledge of various technologies in Enterprise Applications and Networking arena. 

Sateesh holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering (B.E.) degree from Pune University and has been awarded the Silver Medal for his outstanding academic performance. He also has a degree of Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Engineering, from Louisiana State University, USA.
